The Coke County Commissioners Court met in special session November 6, 2017, at 9 am in the county courthouse. Those in attendance included County Judge Roy Blair, Commissioner Precinct #1 Donald Robertson, Commissioner Precinct #2 Paul Williams, Commissioner Precinct #3 Marshall Millican, and Commissioner Precinct #4 Joe Sefcik.
Commissioner Williams opened with prayer and the pledge to the flag was recited.
Judge Blair announced the presence of a quorum.
Commissioner Williams moved to pass letter to Judge Walther as presented. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Sefcik, carried.
Commissioner Williams moved to put the burn ban back on. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Robertson, carried.
Commissioner would like to get RV Park rental on the agenda and reported on his grinder pump.
The county clerk reported on the election.
The next meeting will be November 20, 2017.
Judge Blair reported that he will be at school next week and then surgery.
Judge Blair adjourned the meeting at 9:15 am.
